the last news from Nova was over a year ago and that said it would be released by last month (Q1 2010)

Nova brought a world together and basically started the gaming industry. DF1 had all the aspects of a great game, although not the best graphics, the ease of playability and the game's features made it a hit. We keep expecting the same great things from them. Unfortunely they are stuck n the past, not sure if they lost the innovators or the ones they have cant get out of the 1990's. There are other gaming companies that are light years ahead of them. Until they get new people they will be in this rut they are in. Frankly I wonder how they keep the office light on.

| they no longer have there original staff and have not for years and there are like only two developers working for them, still not of the original team and there working with other peoples code that is very old. |

We should had known it was all going down hill when they re-released games like dfx1 and dfx2
Heck if anything they should had developed something new, and then gave the re-releases free to icy the cake.
I have a feeeling all they did with the extreme versions of deltaforce was dump the old programs into a newer format.
forgive me I am mr obvious. |

| I want to believe that Nova is still working on this game. Problem being they just don't have the talent they used to have to take on a complete new game engine and game. My guess is they expected to have it done by now but they're no where near. I expect to see something around year end=read November for holiday release. How good it is remains to be seen but I have my doubts. |
